TIP: To improve playback performance, when the video starts to play, click the Pause button and let it "buffer" for aproximately 30-seconds or as needed. This will let more of the video download to your computer and should allow you to view it easier. If the video becomes "choppy," try pausing the video again for 15-30 seconds at a time and continue to play.
You can also Right-Click on the above links and choose "Save Target As" to save the video to your computer for playback later!
